Discussion on LGBTQ+ Transportation Needs
The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) will host two discussion events, where LGBTQ+ persons can express their needs and experiences with public transportation in New Jersey.
The meetings will be:
Virtual: Wed Feb 26th 7pm
In-person: Wed Mar 19th 7pm
Registration is required here and you can also take a survey to provide feedback if you cannot attend.
Neurodiversity and Neuroinclusion Workshop Series
Equality Mental Health is sponsoring a free workshop series to understand and support neurodiversity. Participants will gain awareness and skills to empower neurodivergent individuals and families to articulate their needs, assert boundaries, thrive in school and work environments and connect with supportive communities. The workshops will be held at the River Edge Public Library on Saturdays 1pm-3pm on the following dates:
Feb 15th - Introduction to Neurodiversity and Neuroinclusion
Mar 1st - Neuroaffirming Approaches for Helping Professionals & Families
Apr 5th - Building Neuroinclusive Communities and Organizations
May 3rd - Navigating Identity and Adulthood for Neuroqueer People

Don't Cry for me, My Yeshiva at Cliffside Park Arts Association

Writer's Room is a free and open invitation monthly, online writing workshop hosted by the Future Perfect Project. The workshop focuses on developing writing skills and tools for creatives of all backgrounds and experiences. This is a 75-min workshop that meets monthly on Zoom, every second Tuesday of the month at 8pm.
